The pride of the Hotel Cancelli Rossi is its Concorde restaurant. Situated in the hotel, the Concorde hosts guests staying at the Cancelli Rossi as well as patrons from other hotels and surrounding tourism establishments, providing a perfect setting for business lunches and dinners, or leisurely encounters in a restaurant in Rome, pausing between excursions at Ostia Antica and the Lago di Traiano at Fiumicino.

Furnished in a minimalist style, the Concorde features a refined and elegant ambience for its international clientele, making it one of the most popular restaurants in Fiumicino. The main hall seats 80 diners, while the restaurant's private dining room can be booked for 12 guests; both also provide ideal settings for celebrating events and ceremonies in absolute tranquility or for elegant, classy receptions.
